Orders & Shipping

When will I get my order?

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable couriers, to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

How does shipping work and much does it cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and items. You’ll see the exact shipping price before completing your purchase.

Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping on orders over R750. For orders under this amount, standard shipping fees apply.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within South Africa.

If you’re outside SA and would like to order, please contact us. We’re happy to explore options or arrange a special delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through Visa, Mastercard, and other options available at checkout (powered by trusted South African payment gateways).

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

Return Window: You may return or exchange items within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Condition for Returns: Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

Exchanges: Exchanges are available for unused items.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at realm.studioza@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, sale items, and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable unless defective.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry if that happens! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll make the necessary arrangements as soon as possible.

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking our detailed Size Chart before placing your order. Each product includes measurements to help you find your perfect fit.

If you’re unsure, you can also contact us via email, and we’ll help guide you through sizing.

Store & Support

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

We’re an online-only store and do not have a physical retail location.

All orders are placed online and delivered to your door anywhere in South Africa.

If you’d like to view a product in more detail before ordering, we’ll gladly send extra info, just contact us.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the world’s most trusted e-commerce platforms.

Your payment and personal details are protected by SSL encryption and we never share your information with anyone.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes, but you can still return it within our 7-day window once received.
